Capitals host Devils after 5–4 win over Montreal

Washington hosts New Jersey on Saturday, October 17, for a 1 p.m. Eastern NHL game at Capital One Arena. The NHL schedule lists Monumental Sports Network and NHL Network among the viewing options.

The Capitals enter after Wednesday’s 5–4 home victory over Montreal. That result came one night after a 4–2 loss at Carolina, giving Washington a win at the end of its back-to-back set.

Saturday keeps the Capitals at home before Los Angeles visits on October 20. The Devils game supplies the next opportunity to build on the Montreal result without another immediate change of venue.
