American visits Boston University after holding West Virginia scoreless

American visits Boston University on Sunday, October 18, for a 1 p.m. Eastern Patriot League men’s soccer match in Boston.

The Eagles enter 2–6–4 overall and 2–1–1 in league play after a 0–0 home draw against West Virginia on October 12. Their away record stands at 1–4.

Sunday changes both the venue and the competition context, moving American from the West Virginia nonconference game back to its Patriot League schedule. The Eagles then visit Army on October 21, making Boston University the first of two consecutive road assignments.
