Georgetown heads to Colgate after first victory

Georgetown visits Colgate on Saturday, October 17, for a 1 p.m. Eastern Patriot League kickoff in Hamilton, New York. The Hoyas enter 1–4 overall and 1–2 in conference play.

Georgetown’s schedule lists its most recent result as a 21–14 home win over Bucknell on October 10. Saturday moves the Hoyas back onto the road, where they have lost their only game so far.

The Colgate assignment is followed by another road game at William & Mary on October 24. Georgetown will try to carry the Bucknell result into that two-game road stretch, beginning with a chance to bring its Patriot League record level.
