Daniels missed two full games after dislocating his left elbow in Week 2. He practiced fully throughout this week and finished Friday without a game designation, giving Washington its starting quarterback back after losses to Seattle and Indianapolis.
The receiving group remains short of full strength. Stefon Diggs is out with a hamstring injury, while Terry McLaurin is questionable after limited participation Friday. Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota is out with a knee injury.
Sam Cosmi and Rachaad White have no game designation. Percy Butler, Charles Omenihu, Tyler Owens and Nick Cross are also out. Trey Amos, Jeremy McNichols and Deatrich Wise Jr. are questionable.
Daniels’ clearance settles the starting-quarterback question. Washington still enters Sunday at 1–3, facing a 3–1 Giants team, with McLaurin’s availability unresolved on the final injury report.
