How the Dukes got here

The Dukes are coming off a 1-0 loss at Marshall on Wednesday, Oct. 21. Before that, they had won four straight games in this stretch of the regular season.

Those wins began with a 1-0 home victory over Coastal Carolina on Friday, Oct. 2. James Madison followed with a 6-0 win over Mary Baldwin on Tuesday, Oct. 6, and a 1-0 win over Georgia State on Saturday, Oct. 10. On Saturday, Oct. 17, the Dukes won 5-0 at Georgia Southern.

In those five games, James Madison scored 13 goals and allowed one, and it was held scoreless only in the Marshall loss.
