Virginia volleyball begins four-match ACC road stretch at Clemson

Virginia opens ACC volleyball play at Clemson on Friday, September 25, at 6 p.m. Eastern. It is the first stop in a four-match conference road stretch.
The Cavaliers follow Clemson with Georgia Tech on Sunday, September 27, at 1 p.m. Eastern, then travel to California and Stanford the next weekend. The schedule gives Virginia no home conference match until October 9.
Virginia’s last two matches were home losses to Ohio State: 3–2 on September 18 and 3–0 the following day. Friday offers a chance to respond after that series and establish a different start to conference play.
The opening sets and Virginia’s response when Clemson strings points together are worth watching, particularly after two very different match lengths against Ohio State.
