VCU opens Atlantic 10 schedule with championship rematch in Chicago

VCU begins Atlantic 10 volleyball play with a two-match trip to Loyola Chicago on September 25 and 26. The Rams’ schedule lists Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m.; fans should consult the linked schedule for any time updates.

The pairing revisits last season’s A-10 championship matchup. VCU reached the final, while Loyola Chicago enters this season as the defending league champion, according to the Rams’ schedule announcement.

VCU last split two matches at Delaware, losing in five sets on September 17 before winning 3–1 the following day. Another consecutive-day series gives the Rams a fresh test of how they respond between meetings.

Both Chicago matches are listed on ESPN+. VCU returns home to face George Washington on October 2 and 3.
