Thursday football: B–CC visits Walter Johnson; Episcopal heads to SSSAS

Two Thursday, October 8, football games give the local weekend an early start: Episcopal visits St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes at 4:30 p.m., followed by Bethesda–Chevy Chase at Walter Johnson at 6 p.m. All times are Eastern.

St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes lists its game at the Upper School Moss Football Field in Alexandria. Its schedule records a 28–21 win over Bishop Ireton on October 2, giving the Saints a chance to follow that result with another home performance.

Walter Johnson’s varsity schedule confirms B–CC as the visitor at Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda. The Thursday date is worth noting for spectators planning around the more typical Friday schedule.
