Old Dominion women head to App State after Louisiana home match

Old Dominion visits App State in Boone on Sunday, September 27, at 1 p.m. Eastern on ESPN+. The Monarchs first host Louisiana on Thursday at 6 p.m.

ODU enters Thursday at 3–5 overall and 1–0 in the Sun Belt. Its conference opener ended in a 1–0 road victory at ULM on September 18, a response to a 2–1 loss against Liberty five days earlier.

Sunday gives the Monarchs another conference road assignment after that clean sheet at ULM. The Louisiana match will determine whether they carry consecutive league wins into Boone; no Thursday result is assumed here. ODU's next scheduled opponent after App State is South Alabama on October 3.
