Thursday football: Rockville visits Damascus; Kennedy heads to Northwood

Two Montgomery County varsity football games are scheduled for Thursday, October 1: Rockville at Damascus and John F. Kennedy at Northwood.

Damascus hosts Rockville at 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Both schools’ athletics calendars confirm the matchup, date and kickoff, with Damascus High School listed as the venue.

Northwood’s official calendar lists its home varsity game against Kennedy at 7 p.m. Eastern. The same calendar has a separate junior varsity game at 4:15 p.m.; the afternoon start is not the varsity kickoff.

The school calendars establish the game details but do not provide current player availability or a game preview. Check the linked school listings before traveling for any late schedule or venue changes.
