American returns home to face Lehigh after two road wins

American volleyball welcomes Lehigh to the Meltzer Center in Washington on Friday, September 25, at 6 p.m. Eastern. The match is listed as Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day on the Eagles’ schedule.

American comes home after winning at Holy Cross in five sets on September 18 and sweeping Army the following day. Those results give the Eagles consecutive victories entering Friday.

The contrast between those wins provides two points to watch: how American handles a match that extends beyond three sets, and whether it can reproduce the clean finish it produced at Army.

The Eagles have another home match against Lafayette on Saturday, September 26, at 4 p.m. Their official schedule includes the viewing, statistics and ticket links.
